Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is time that has been reserved just for you. Please allow 24 hours to cancel your appointment or a service charge will apply. Spa Packages require a 48h cancellation notice. The failure to notify us in the posted time will result in a 50% service fee. No-Shows will be charged for full service scheduled.
